RESERVATIONS

Reservations
Reservations are taken by phone on a first-come first served basis.  Please call
805.649.3737 to check availability and make a reservation.  You can make your
reservation using your Mastercard or Visa.  If you choose to mail a check it
must be received by us within five (5) days of your phone reservation and
payable to
: Road Trip Tours. Send to P. O. Box 23264, Ventura, CA   93002.  In the
event the trip for which you are interested is full we will be happy to put you on a
waiting list should there be a cancellation.

Your Confirmation package will be sent to you approximately two weeks
before the date of your trip.





Cancellations & Cancellation Protection
All cancellations made two weeks prior to trip/event will result in a full refund of any
payment.  There will be no refund for a cancellation made within two weeks of trip/event
should the vacancy created not be filled by another individual.

Optional
cancellation protection is offered for one day trips for an additional $10.00
per trip/event (non-refundable).  In the event you experience a medical emergency
that keeps you from joining us you will be refunded in full the amount you paid for the
trip.  The $10 optional insurance fee is non-refundable.   We reserve the right to
request proof of a medical emergency.
This is not medical insurance

Rates are subject to change.  Refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy at right.  
Road Trip Tours shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or accident to personal
or property of any individual on the tour from any willful, negligent or other
unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of the employees of the suppliers, any
defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operator or
otherwise used by any of the suppliers/services.  Our liability to you is limited to the
amount you paid for the trip/event.  In no event will we be liable for any incidental,
consequential or special damages of any kind.  We reserve the right to change routes,
itineraries (including times) and make substitutions in the event of an emergency.
